Enríquez began his professional career in Mexico with Club Tijuana's U20 team. He spent two seasons honing his skills, playing as a forward and developing his technical abilities. His time at Tijuana set the foundation for his transition into professional soccer, allowing him to be noticed by clubs in the US. Caught the eye of Miguel Herrera whom pulled Jesus up to the Xolos fist team. 

Enríquez moved to the USL Championship to join Rio Grande Valley FC. Over two seasons, he made 61 appearances and scored 10 goals + 9 assist. His attacking prowess and ability to create chances from wide areas made him an important player for the club. This stint helped him mature as a professional, and his performances attracted attention from Houston Dynamo.

While at Rio Grande Valley FC, Enríquez was loaned to Houston Dynamo and was part of the squad during their 2018 U.S. Open Cup campaign, which they ultimately won.

Enríquez joined San Antonio FC for the 2019 season. In this period, he made a significant leap in his playing time and showcased his consistent ability to provide depth in attack. While his goal-scoring numbers were modest, his contributions to the team’s buildup play were invaluable.

In 2020, Enríquez briefly played for Reno 1868 FC. His stint at Reno was short but impactful, as he adapted to different tactical systems and demonstrated versatility on both wings.

Enríquez moved to Oakland Roots in late 2020, where he continued to feature prominently in the attack. He made over 44 appearances with 4 goals + 7 assist. He became a key part of Oakland’s forward line, offering creativity and pace down the wings. His tenure at Oakland helped solidify his reputation as a reliable winger in the USL Championship

In March 2023, Enríquez signed with Monterey Bay FC in the USL Championship. He has made 16 appearances during the 2024 season, scoring 1 goal and providing 3 assists. His attacking contributions have been key to Monterey Bay's offensive strategies.​
